Our Fitness, Wellness, and Prevention program is designed to help people of all ages and levels of fitness achieve their health and wellness goals comfortably and safely. This amazing facility is staffed and equipped to suit the individual needs of virtually every member.

Injury Prevention
As part of our service to you, your health professional will coach you on proper training techniques to prevent overutilization injuries. We have our professionals available to answer your health questions.
Prescription Exercise
Following baseline fitness testing your healthcare professional can devise for you a custom exercise program that addresses all components of a comprehensive program. These programs may be done in our gyms, other local health clubs, or in the comfort of your own home.
Pre-Rehabilitation
Individuals facing a surgical intervention may be placed in a program of exercise and fitness prior to the surgery. These programs have proven to reduce the cost and time of recovery following surgery.
Post-Rehabilitation
Following surgery or formal rehabilitation, many people desire to continue a formal program of exercise in our controlled and professional facility. These programs prove to be the perfect step down program to a continued recovery or a healthy lifestyle.
Meet Our Staff
Our program is led by Patrick Rothschadl, MS/ATC. Patrick is a Certified Athletic Trainer and member of the National Athletic Trainers Association. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Human Performance at the University of Southern Mississippi. He then completed his Master of Science degree in Health, Physical Education and Recreation at South Dakota State University. Patrick is a Certified Athletic Trainer and member of the National Athletic Trainer's Association. He is also Southern Therapy's Director of Sports Medicine.
